Secure Booking: A valid credit card is required to be held on file to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but is stored securely to uphold my cancellation policy and allow for seamless checkout

First-time clients: Please arrive 5 minutes early to discuss your health history. And fill out the form that will be emailed to you when you book an appointment.

Direct Billing: Available for most major insurance providers. If your insurance covers 100%, your card on file will not be charged.

Waitlist: If your preferred time is unavailable, please add yourself to the “Add to waitlist at the bottom of this page”; I check it daily!

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or appointment changes. A fee of 50% will be charged for less than 24 hour cancelations. Anything canceled after your appointment time will result in being charged the full price.
